Management seems more no-nonsense than friendly!!! Housekeeping could use better attention to detail, as towels were thrown on the counter and bed covers taken without replacement!!! Consistent issues with power outages noted!!!

Staying at Travel Inn was a mixed bag for me. My room, 402, had been recently renovated. The renovations made a noticeable difference in comfort, and the room felt clean and accessible. The AC worked well, which was a relief as the room had that typical old hotel smell until I turned it on. However, I faced some significant issues during my stay. The breaker blew five times, each time causing power outages for about an hour. That was frustrating, especially since the staff didn't offer any refund for the inconvenience. The front desk staff could have been a bit friendlier. I found them to be a little rude during my check-out. Another downside was that housekeeping wasn’t very attentive. They replaced towels, but they left them thrown on the counter instead of hanging them up. There was also a missing floor cover for the bathtub that was there when I left but gone when I returned. Despite these issues, the location is convenient, with several retail and dining options nearby. I wouldn't completely discourage others from staying here, especially for a short visit, but I’d recommend managing expectations regarding service and amenities.

Location offers mixed experiences
The location is a definite perk with nearby shops and dining options, making it convenient for travelers. I appreciated the access to local amenities which added value to our stay.
However, the experience was marred by cleanliness issues and a disconcerting atmosphere around the premises. Staff were less than accommodating, and there were challenges with room cleanliness.

The stay was mostly unpleasant. I found the room to be dirty, and I struggled to get towels and hot water. Definitely not worth a revisit.

Free Wi-Fi and free parking were great perks. Not enough sun loungers by the pool.

I stayed in the Standard King Room for 2 nights. The room was clean and spacious, which was great. I felt safe thanks to the outside cameras and security gate. But honestly, it was a little uncomfortable at times. I've seen better, but it wasn't the worst experience ever.

i had a nice stay at travel inn. the standard king room was clean and spacious, which made me feel comfortable. it’s conveniently close to a bunch of retail businesses, so shopping and dining were super easy. management's focus on security with outside cameras was reassuring too.
